   Never fear, Will; there are equally snowy photos with short trousers. However, bear in mind that our postman, who does his rounds by bicycle, wears short trousers in all weathers and one normally sees many bare-legged cyclists in London, not just in summer.

   But anyway, it was indeed a beautiful day. I love that sun effect.
